Orders

Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2-3 working days before orders are dispatched. Once your order is on its way to you, you will be sent a notification email (including the tracking number if applicable). If you are in a rush, please contact info@thirtytwopointfour.com to see if your order can be completed faster.

Shipping within the United Kingdom

Postage is free within the UK! We use Royal Mail and include a tracking number. Your parcel includes tracking however please note we can not take special delivery notes (ie. leave with neighbour). If you would like extra insurance or sign on delivery please email us info@thirtytwopointfour.com. We can not guarantee delivery times, however if you live in London you should receive your order within 1 - 3 days. If you live outside of London you should receive your order within 3 - 7 days.

Express post is available for £6 per order. These will be dispatched within one working day and sent by Royal Mail express post (please check your area with Royal Mail for timings.)

Once your order has shipped from 32.4, status is available from the carrier. We are happy to help but we only have as much information as provided by carrier tracking.

We carefully package each piece, however 32.4 will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

International Shipping

We post to all international destinations for £10 (with tracking). We are unable to take special delivery notes (ie. leave with neighbour). If you would like extra insurance or sign on delivery please email us info@thirtytwopointfour.com. 

International delivery times outside of the UK are 1-3 weeks. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please email us your full name and order number and we will be happy to investigate on your behalf.

Shipping General

Please note we are not responsible for any taxes incurred on entering the countries outside of the UK. 

Returns

Due to the nature of jewellery, all items with the exception of rings are non-refundable, unless they are faulty (see bellow) or breakage occurs within 3 months of purchase. Exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Rings may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days from the delivery date. We offer free return shipping for exchanged items (excluding international customers if you choose to have tracking).  You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. The ring/s must be received in original condition - unworn, no scratches/liquid marks and in original packaging. Returned rings not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. 32.4 reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Faulty Items / Repairs

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the pieces you purchase from us. 32.4 is happy to replace, repair or refund in the case of a manufacturing (making) fault within 3 months of purchase. If your piece has broken due to a manufacturing fault, the breakage will be assessed and you will be given the option of exchanging for the same value or having the piece repaired or replaced. Normal wear and tear on jewellery is not considered a fault.

32.4 jewellery are delicate pieces that should be handled with care. If you have broken your piece we are more than happy to repair it for you. Repairs will be individually assessed and some may incur a fee.
